This application’s primary purposed is to allow prospective employees to apply for jobs. Information about how to submit an application and the data that is collected can be found http://hrs.missouri.edu/find-a-job/staff/application-process.php. Once an individual is hired, the University has a single online form that is used to put new employee information into the HR system. The form is called a Personnel Action Form and a copy if it is attached (labeled “PAF.pdf”).
Another primary function of the HR Application is to track various types of information about each employee including time sheets, leave balances, health and retirement benefits and payroll information.
Much information contained in this application would be closed pursuant to Section 610.021(3) and (13), RSMo, according to the UM System.
