Keeps track of drawings for people to use the department's blinds while hunting waterfowl. The drawing is done through a telephone system in which people can call in and find out if they've won the drawing.

About Open Missouri

Open Missouri is a project of the Donald W. Reynolds Journalism Institute at the Missouri School of Journalism in Columbia that aims to make state and local government data more available to citizens and journalists.

RJI is funded by the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation.
